Deleting your data

If you wrote to a company

Your chats belong to the company you wrote to. Ask that company to delete them; an owner can delete one customer's chats in the panel at any time.

Or write to admin@bronio.az with the company's name and the phone number or Telegram name you wrote from. We pass it on and help them remove it.

If you use the panel

To delete your account, or your company and everything in it, write to admin@bronio.az from the email you sign in with.

We delete the account, its notes, products, pictures, chats and the WhatsApp and Telegram details we keep for it, and write back when it is done.

If you connected WhatsApp with Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Broniobot. This stops our access to your WhatsApp account.

To also delete what we already keep, write to admin@bronio.az as above.
